These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pop Off mobile application and any related services ("Services") offered by EKTORAS DRANDAKIS ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using Pop Off, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. USE OF OUR SERVICES
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our Services and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
5. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law).
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
